"The don’t have air conditioning or working WiFi. Their sc is set to 25 C or 77 degrees. You cannot adjust and it’s an old unit in the wall. Furthermore they lied and said no one in nice has ac below 25 c. We went to other hotels in area and they said not true and also met other travelers in nice that said they had working ac. "You can go anywhere in the city with uber electric around 12-15 euros with your family or walking radius of 20 minutes. Therefore you do not need to be at the center. It also has a beatiful public and private beach across the street."

"Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in.
