"The hotel itself is in a good location and staff friendly and helpful but the aircon is broken constantly and when asked (as many other guests did too) the reply from staff was that it’s just temporarily broken down. However they did reply later to other guest suggesting it will be likely repaired in September) yeah when the weather cools down. "A bit of a disappointment for what we paid and for what looked like a special location in a beautiful building . Our room was just about as far away from reception and the hotel amenities as you could get. We were cleaned around and our table laid up for the next sitting before we had finished our breakfast . "Parking was good. The hotel was very tired and quite dusty/cobwebs. The room we booked for 4 didn’t hve 4 beds so we were moved to a bigger room. Staff were helpful when checking in but no reception etc so seems rather strange. "

Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped.
