"Pros: clean and very friendly staff. Cons: this 4 star hotel doesn’t have a simple phone in the room. So I couldn’t cal the reception nor the restaurant. Needless to say in a case of emergency I had to walk 250 feet to the next elevator and go down 8 floors and go to reception to ask for help ..."
