"The staff was very accommodating and helpful in our check in process. We got lost along the way and missed the cutoff but the staff did everything she could so that we could get the keys to our units.
The cottages are exactly how they were advertised. Clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and we had all we need for our stay. Will recommend"

"I'm not a person to write reviews but I feel I need to do this one. Upon checked in the rep was very rude and very condescending towards us. The room we booked and what we got was nothing like the picture. It was dark and small and had a weird smell. We requested another room and was told by the rep you're lucky you got a room we are a very busy and prestigious hotel. I asked her what name was since no name tag was available and she refused. "After travelling for many hours, we found the pub attached to the hotel very hospitable. The staff was great, fun and efficient.
Even though the hotel offers hot tubs (indoor and out), they are closed at 10:30, not allowing a chance to enjoy."
