"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. "Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. The Grill was pleasant to eat at and convenient."

"The motel was close to the highways. My concerns the hallways smelled of stale smoke. The breakfast didn't offer many protein options. I tried to check at 2:30 and was told it would cost $50 extra. I waited and then the lobby was packed at 3:00pm."

Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. "Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "
