"The breakfast buffer was amazing. The daily evening reception was a wonderful surprise. Very generous serving on both. Te parking was nice to have in/out service but occasionally had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the car. The price of valet was a bit more than I would expect as well. The shower was hard to get hot water. The dial was not regulated normally so the best was very warm. "

"The Emeline was located in the perfect location right next to the Market making it easily walkable to everything downtown. The courtyard was an excellent place to enjoy a night cap. I do wish I had upgraded our room. It was very small. We barely had room to put our luggage and walk around. Bedding was comfortable. "

"The property is very clean and so was our room. Lots of parking available. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who takes care of the breakfast! She is very friendly, attentive and funny! "

"We wish the HVAC system worked properly because it seems that it would turn off once it reached a certain set temperature leaving the room practically without fresh air coming at other times. Also, there was no staff around and it was impossible to buy any drinks at their bar after hours, we actually tried to no avail. Otherwise everything was great! "

"Room was dirty at check in, floor and bath tub had hair in and on it. Bed spread soiled. Sheets looked clean but not blankets, was there a week and room had not received service, had to locate staff to obtain fresh towels and toilet paper. Asked for an iron and was told our room did not meet those requirements, when toilet backed up called for maintenance and he brought me a plunger and left. Could hardly reach front office."
