"My only possible criticism would be that in John Bright’s room, the glazing is double not triple and so it is very noisy overnight. A great hotel, really great, but I would not choose that room again, lovely though it was."

"From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. I queried why there was a £5 car parking charge when this hadn't been pointed out prior to my booking. I asked why this was and he said because I booked with Expedia. So be careful. The hotel was tired and not worth the money."
