"Accidentally put me in nicer room, had to move to a room in front of elevator-lots of chatter outside my door. Sunday dinner was mediocre. The staff was wonderful. I am very impressed that the owners restored this fabulous building. It adds beauty and sophistication to a troubled party of town. Overall: conveniently located. Plaza side room for peace and quiet."

"After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10. "

"The service provided by the restaurant and bar staff was exceptional. The food was incredible, so fresh. Breakfast should not be missed and please get an omelette. We had dinner or dessert every night in the restaurant because it was so good. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Even though the hotel is in the city, it was extremely quiet."

"Beautiful hotel with a surprise feature. They have access to the rooftop bar on the hotel next to them. Make sure you go up there one evening to watch the sunset over the city. There now is a subway line that goes by the hotel that can affect some of the rooms. If you are a light sleeper, request a room that isn’t affected. I consider myself a light sleeper and didn’t have any problems sleeping with occasional subway noise, but others may. The staff are very helpful with directions and...

"El hotel es pequeño pero es acogedor, las habitaciones limpias y amplias, tiene una muy bonita area comun en donde hacen wine tastings, el desayuno es bueno y variado Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con una empleda de la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones y estuvimos 3 noches, para el checkout solicitamos salir una hora tarde a las 13:00 horas, ya que mi esposa tenía una fractura del pie y la chica de la recepción, no recuerdo el nombre, fue muy ruda y grosera al contestar que no, se puede...

The room we stayed in was once a large room with a beautiful, ornate, high ceiling, later converted into an entry area, central bathroom, and bedroom. The way the room was cut up ruined its charm and elegance and left each space feeling awkward. "
