"My husband and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Iceland, but this was by far the very best experience we had. The staff was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the guests, which was refreshing. Breakfast each morning was tasty and greatly appreciated, and it was a wonderful way to begin the day by eating in the dining room with a beautiful view of the lake and distant mountains. The room was large and comfortable. My favorite part was the shower because it didn't leave me feeling claustrophobic! When we return to Iceland, this will be our go-to hotel for sure!"

"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. Breakfast was A+ and it's so nice it's include, plus the coffee machine is delicious and the best from my trip. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is quiet, parking is free, and the TV in the room can be cast to (It was great to have Netflix after a long day). Rooms are beautiful and have plenty of outlets and lighting options, plus the heated bathroom floors are lovely. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!"

"A fantastic hotel. The rooms we very clean. We had a great view from our room, looking out over the waterfront, with snow covered hills in the background. However, I believe that some rooms looked inwards over the hotel lobby. The hotel is spotleiclean and the huge hotel lobby has many features. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, but at the fear of singling one in particular out - a big shout out to Olga, for whom nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is just a little way out of downtown Reykjavik, but there are 2 bus stops nearby, and the bus ride is only a few minutes into the centre. If I go back to Reykjavik in the future, then without hesitation, this is the hotel I would look to book."

"Nice hotel with great staff. Rooms are in good condition and comfortable beds but location is a little far out from the center of town for walking. "

"The domes are very nice. The hot tub was great! Check-in was a little confusing and the few people there couldn’t help. I had to call to figure it out. Beds were comfy and robes too! WiFi didn’t work well it kept kicking me off or had barely a signal. Road conditions were okay a lot of pot holes to drive through. I would definitely stay again for the views and quiet comfort!!"
