"An amazing stay with great views of the city from the hot tub. We loved how close the home was to the city without feeling like we were in a too crowded place."
"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "
"The Staff :) the front desk, the cleaning staff, the servers, all wonderful people who genuinely made me feel welcome. To me a bed is a bed, so not much to say there that would be helpful; however I asked for extra pillows and a duvet which was no problem and brought right away. "

The apartment was spacious, easy to park close to and very well managed. Getting extra clean towels was super easy, thanks to the very personable cleaning staff who seemed to be based on site."

"very nice and quiet just outside the downtown. bit of a walk to the busy downtown area of Reykjavik, but if you don't mind that then its worth saving for a less crowded and easy going area. Plus side it was closer to larger stores you may want supplies from (big grocery/costco/etc) and it was easier to hit the road to drive out to tour different sites. Parking was free if you can find it, but there was a fair bit of street parking so we didn't have issues. Kids loved it, would definitely go...
