"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. Breakfast was A+ and it's so nice it's include, plus the coffee machine is delicious and the best from my trip. The beds...

Jedoch wurden insgesamt unsere Erwartungen nicht getroffen. 1) es hat uns ein wenig „Gemütlichkeit“ gefehlt - die Ausstattung war sehr funktional 2) Zudem haben wir für ein 4 Sterne Hotel (im Vergleich zu anderen auf Island) noch bisschen mehr erwartet (Kaffeemaschine statt Instantkaffee, keine „Hygiene Kits“ im Bad)....

"Highly recommend this property! I travel a LOT and I can say the women who work at this hotel are exceptional ( the man at the front....not so much :-) The room is very clean and simple. I had a very large shared balcony. I do travel with two portable door alarms, so situations like this are not a concern to me. The balcony has a good view of the volcanic mountains in the distance. You're given a PHONE when you arrive which you carry with you as you travel around. You can call the front desk...
