"My 'go to' when visiting Cherokee. Obviously older property in update mode so a bit tired looking overall. However, the employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and the nightly rate is fair. Plus it's a short walk to the casino! Biggest complaint is no truly hot water. It's never hot enough or hot long enough for me"

"The hot water Didn't work"

"Phillips was very clean and the guys at the desk were super friendly! The property out front had many cool sculptures. It is located close to several gas stations and fast food restaurants as well as an Ingles. In spite of being close to these things, the property was fairly quiet. Only complaint is that there is limited parking out front, however there are a few more parking spaces affiliated with the hotel behind the restaurant next door that we utilized. Overall was a clean and comfy...

"Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. "
