"The pool was too small for the amount of guests. The sauna is only available from 4pm-9pm. Surely sauna should be available in the morning? The gym was nice. Location was stunning and very memorable. My room seemed unfinished. Raw surfaces present between tiled bathroom and wooden floor of bedroom. Holes in bathroom tiles. Cable tie sticking out from behind TV. TV box visible instead of hidden. TV protruding from wall"

"I was really happy with my stay , the staff was very accommodating allowing me to put my bags aside both prior and after my stay . The rooms are big with a great bathroom alongside it . There’s a bar in the hotel which is great , this should be your first port of call prior to stepping outside and heading into the centre which is roughly 15 minutes walk ."

"Dinner buffet was disappointing, it was smallbut the lobby bar pizza more so. The breakfast was good. The pool and the pool bar were amazing. At check in, one of the hosts was not so welcoming (we had two rooms booked in one reservation and she was adamant there was only one room and then said that we could not be close to eachother) but it was quickly fixed by one of her colleagues. Location is AMAZING. hotel is clean."

"Great location for visiting all major attractions. Staff was excellent, room was spacious and clean. The only thing that could be improved was the fact the air conditioning system could not be controlled but we weren’t hot, Restaurants close by were excellent. Tour bus minutes away."

"Room is clean and location is walkable from train station. The only thing is, this hotel is using their roofbar as front picture but as hotel guest we will have to pay to even come inside it."
