"Abbiamo dovuto insistere per cambiare camera perchè c'era un rumore di acqua che scorreva nei tubi e non funzionava il riscaldamento nel bagno. Avevamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo la cena della vigilia di Natale al ristorante dell'hotel ma la prenotazione anziché per 7, come ci avevano confermato, risultava per 3 alla fine ci hanno trovato una sistemazione anche se non fantastica. Va sicuramente migliorato il sevizio e l'organizzazione del personale. "
