"We got there late after a delayed flight and there were three people behind the counter and no one else around. It took 15 minutes, the man helping us was extremely slow and uninterested in making us feel at all welcome. The elevators took a long time and were really wobbly and jerky. The breakfast was terrible and the “Starbucks” located inside only means they brews Starbucks branded coffee and have very limited options or expertise. The commissary/snacks were about half the size and options of the photo listings which was disappointing when you arrive late and there are no other food options. The location was amazing! Super close to the Rainbow Bridge and walkable to the state park and the falls. The rooms we were in were great and remodeled. I would definitely stay here again but don’t expect to eat breakfast and prepare yourself for a long wait at the elevators and a jerky ride!"

"Too long to respond to requests. TV wasn’t fix after being requested during check in. Staff said they came at 5pm while I’m gone. But i checked in at 3pm. Took 2hrs to respond. No follow up."
