Convenient location. Plenty of space in the room. Walls between the rooms are THIN, you can hear every conversation and snoring of people next door. Get the Suite if you stay here

The property is older, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable for Grand Lake. Nina, from housekeeping, was very attentive and helpful.

We met the housekeeper, very nice and the room was immaculate. We didn't get her name, but it was room #11 on September 20 - 21. The room was find, microwave and fridge, everything we needed. Best price in Grand Lake that day. The shower water could have been a bit hotter, but it was workable. Thanks!

I would def stay there again. Rustic, Colorado style cabin room. It was clean, comfy and felt safe staying there

It was an older place but was clean. TV did not work and staff did not speak English. So, I would speak to her phone and it would translate. Price was fair and close to Grand Lake.

The room assigned to me was unacceptable - I contacted the owner and she put me in another room. It was better but not my kind of place. She said the room she moved me to had been “redone” but IMO it needs a lot more. The bed was comfortable. I think this was my fault - I usually don’t book anything rated less than 8.2 - 8.3, and afterwards saw the rating was less than that.

It is a small cozy place to stay. They were very helpful and kind especially since we had to add an additional night. It is a rustic place. Felt safe and welcomed.

Room was clean and comfortable, bed was excellent. Staff very helpful. Room is older but has been somewhat renovated. Shower was inconvenient to use. Price is not out of reach, but no breakfast is included. All things considered, we would stay again.
