ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"The hideway bed mattress was dirty and rust stains were on the mattress. Also, the night stand lamp shade near the beds were extremely filthy."

"We got a complimentary breakfast. That was good. The not good was when we walked into the room we noticed the tile at the entry was damp. An employee came and wiped down the floor. The next morning shower when finished every cool surface had heavy condensation. It looked like we had sprayed water everywhere, even to the point of puddles on the floor. Which we absolutely did not. I’m sure, if not already, there will be a significant mold problem. Staff said they would check into it."

"The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30...

"Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left."

"The young lady at the counter when I checked in was so helpful. The hotel as a whole need a cosmetic makeover. The water in the swimming pool was green, the grounds needed maintenance and the keycard did not work. The front desk clerk had to use a manual key to let me in. AWFUL. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!"

"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."
