"I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. "On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc)."

"I'm sorry to say this hotel is aweful. The attendant was great so that was a silver lining. She tried to find a room that didn't smell so strongly of smoke. The room initially looked clean but we found hair balls and other "stuff" on the floor. The blanket had cigarette burn holes, see picture. When you walk barefoot you had to clean your feet, it needed to be mopped. There's also people living in rooms for extended periods, plants, bbq grill etc. They're trying to do some things around the...

"Cigarettes smell all over the hall way. That smell reaches the non smoking rooms through the gap under the doors. Toilet seat, water tap etc needs fixing No single hook to hang cloths- no shelves/ closets to hang our clothes: terrible Yah, for that price - yah, you can have a good shower but you may not be able to sleep well if you turn on A/C - stuffy smell Everything needs maintenance"
