"The hotel is very beautiful yet very old. Our room was excellent in every way and was completely silent at all hours. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The hotel had a very nice 24 hour accessible lounge with fruit and fancy coffees. The location was perfect with numerous shops and restaurants within a very short walk. The architecture of the area was excellent. Quebec City and this hotel rivals the European cities we have visited."

"Very nice clean boutique hotel! Staf are very friendly and attentive. Every day a service staff member comes by the room with any amenities such as water, toiletries etc. Unlimited bottles water available. Pool is more of s hot tub but with a beautiful balcony view. Rooms are clean, shower shampoo gel and conditioner is good quality, overhead shower is great. Beds are good, small desk for work space. Lower floors get more noise. Very good hotel for price and location."

There are a few smaller issues we found: - The hotel is listed as 5 stars but at least right now, it really only consists of the rooms - The restaurant is closed and there is construction going on. "Great location, good amenities (appreciate full laundry!) As an old building it can be a bit loud with other guests coming and going. This does not prevent me from recommending the place, but rather it’s a friendly reminder to pack earplugs. (Cities are loud places in general)."

"Stayed in 301-The loft its self is nice looking (fully equip)... We did have small ants we had to kill daily and few silver fish bugs in the bathroom coming from the baseboards (not a lot,but still not great). Pillows are awful, but the worst part about staying here has nothing to do with the condo its self but the location. Fri & Sat nights be prepared to not sleep till 3 am as the club downstairs is very loud. Unfortunately a lot a lot of un-housed, drug use and mentally unstable people in the...
