"The room was clean. Was a bit confused during check in as I did not realize the person sitting in the lobby was the person working the front desk, they were friendly though. Beds were clean and was good for the one night stay."

"This hotel was not enjoyable from the moment we arrived. We travel to MANY hotels across the country; this may have been one of the worst experiences. There were HUGE lines at the front desk/counter and rude individuals checking us in...I believe the gentleman who checked me in was Orian? Or something similar... I parked my car because I drove some parents and players in my car....They went in to stand ina long line for us while I got the luggage out of the van. When I got inside to check...

"Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage patties biscuits and gravy. Potatoes. Bagels cereal. Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"Overall, this property was OK. There was a lot of homeless people hanging around both day and night, which made me very uncomfortable, but the homeless problem seemed to be citywide and not just around the hotel."

"Breakfast not good. Make sure you book a room that the renovations are complete. They had put us in an unfinished room, changed to another finished room but the room had a twin trundle and they saw our reservation was with a double sofa sleeper. We had to split our family in two rooms on two different floors. Too much to go through after a long drive,tired with a family of 5. Wouldn't stay there again."

"The breakfast was limited, no ice machine worked in the entire hotel, when I checked in I thought the third floor was being fumigated due to the way the cleaning staff had things thrown throughout the hallway. The front desk was absolutely only about looking at their phones rather than tending to their customers. Will not be staying here again."

"The stay was amazing however after check out I had 3 pending charges for the cost of the room. I prepaid the room using my debit card and paid the incidentals on my credit card. After check out, my debit card was ran 3 times for the amount of the room. AGM was great in assisting an issue that she did not create however I'm unsure why it occurred therefore I'm very skeptical about staying at this location again."

"The pool was closed arbitrarily. There was also no service in the morning at the in-house coffee shop. Be careful if you are traveling with a pet. The pet fee is only $16 but the don’t disclose to you a $100 “pet cleaning fee” It is in the paperwork that you sign at check in so read carefully."
