"Stains on pillow cases. Rooms smelt musty. Bug and spiders ( large web behind bed). Flying bug under pillow. No pool. Bird poop on railings. Structures in need of repairs. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating."

"I called ahead of time before I book the room to make sure that the pool was usable I was told that the pool is being swimming and it's usable but I got there and it looked like somebody had thrown up all in the top of the pool and it was disgusting could not use it was till breakfast would be served ..."
