"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather...

"Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. "

"Room serviceable and reasonably clean. Staff perfunctory. This is a good location for me and compared to others in the area that are probably nicer but a lot more expensive, it is a good deal for me. The linens and towels were good. No coffee. That kitchenette they show is the deluxe room Other rooms have a small fridge and a microwave. Nice little table in the room. "

"On check-in I was informed the pool would be available the next morning. Not the case, it was unavailable the whole visit. We had four people in our room and only three bath and hand towels and two wash cloths? The vent in the shower/toilet area was filthy and rusted, needs to be replaced. Carpet was new. Door and jam crooked, could see through the gap. Fridge was noisy. Tiny continental breakfast. Milk in gallon jug, should have single serving milks. "

"The rooms are all redone. It was clean and no bugs!! Loved that if I needed a shower chair there was one available already in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazingly kind. Definitely will be returning when its time to stay in the area again."
