Great stay!

The location worked great for my trip. Staff was friendly and fast. Property was very clean. Hot tub felt great at the end of a long day. Quiet stay. Breakfast was very good and dining area was clean. The lady taking care of breakfast area greeted me nicely when I went in for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very clean, area appears safe, rooms are in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has several options eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits, cereals, pastries, pancake machine, yogurts.

The Television in the room wasn’t functional. The Desk Employee told us … there’s no volume control and it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn it on & off. The hot tub didn’t work. No jets no circulation. The employees had no answer for this. There were no free weights in the gym. This is absolutely not what we’ve come to expect from the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS franchise and Expedia. Quite frankly this is unacceptable and ..,, if we can’t trust your site to deliver a consistent product and service … possibly our patronage would be best served somewhere else.

Actually, it was great. So clean, beds so comfortable, front desk attentive to your needs. Good breakfast, and even though some final construction was finishing up, no noise. We loved the cleanliness, and wonderful beds. ❤️

Night Saver

Stayed twice to and from return trip to Grand Canyon. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Great stay both times. For me, not an issue, but for others, the hotel is in progress of a remodel. Otherwise, wonderful and courteous staff.
