"Awful area felt very unsafe Advertised as a two bedroom apartment Was one bed room and an awful sofa bed in the kitchen Tv was smashed Host unhelpful We stayless than 30 minutes amd had to book another hotel Seeking a full refund would not recommend "

"Lovely clean room, excellent staff, great kitchen. BUT… green light in room not conducive to good sleep, and the fire alarm went off at midnight, after which the excitement seemed to evoke some guests to chat and laugh through the night until 3am, then the same group of four men woke up and continued their frivolities from 5:30am until they left just after 7am. Not the staff’s fault. But the sound proofing is poor."

"The beautiful setting and views of the river Severn were wonderful. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals were of very good quality. It was our first visit to Shropshire and we would certainly come back to the Riverside Inn which was perfectly situated for day trips to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and David Austin Roses, among other places."

"I stayed here overnight for a friend's wedding. The hotel is in a great quiet location with great views. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The bed was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was very nice. The rooms are spacious but are a little dated and signs of wear and tear noted. The rooms had great amenities.. but could benefit with having a pen and paper in the room for completeness."

"Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team."

"Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures"

"This was a very comfortable stay at a good price. Room was clean and coffee, tea and water available. My husband was thrilled that the price included a full English breakfast. Very good location and just £4 to park opposite for 24 hours."

"Only stopped for one night which was trouble free. On arrival taken to room which was well kept and very nice. Staff were friendly, would stay again"
