"The room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. There's a mini fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave so you also have the opportunity to have breakfast in the room. The owners were very kind and helpful. It's located near the train station, only 4 minutes by foot, so it's perfect for those who travel. The price is also really affordable. "Lovely property. You need a car if going to old Matera. Grocery store close by. Pretty grounds and great pool (although like most Italian pools, not heated.) we found easy parking lots near the historic area so it is ok. The photos are deceiving because the spa whirlpool tub is not included - you have to pay 100 euro per couple to use those amenities. That should be made clear in the listing or they shouldn't show the photos. " Cave" hotel room is fun but only a window at door and in bathroom....
