"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"Beach view was amazing! We stayed in a double queen split and it was everything we needed! It's not a expensive place and we didn't want overly fancy and it was perfect. Could have gone without the Karen's who were staying there complaining about some of the guests around us smoking the occasional adult products. I'm in long term recovery and sometimes you have to just let people have their vacations without making it about you. Everyone was on their balconies and caught a moment of a small...

"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff wasn't very friendly. They just did their job; there was no warmth or friendliness, just a simple "hi" and they focused on their computers. No welcome with a smile, nothing. They just did their job, gave me my key, and that was it."

"This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...
