"It was a good stay. Hotel is beautiful. Food was good albeit expensive."

"Housekeeping can come earlier. We left for the day and returned around 4pm and the room was still not cleaned."

"We checked in at 8:30 pm and our room was not ready. We waited 2 hours before asking for an update. We were told our room was being cleaned at that moment. An hour later, no contact--they had said they would text us. Inquired again at the front desk and we were offered a different room as the type of room we reserved still wasn't ready. At this point it was almost midnight and we have two little kids. Our room was an upgrade but didn't have enough beds. Staff were very nice and apologetic. Clearly this hotel was short-staffed and probably need to prioritize/communicate better. Room was very nice and clean but we probably won't stay here again."

"We stay here 2-3 times a year and have never been disappointed. The Tuscany Tower is our favorite. Rooms are nicely appointed and very quiet."

"Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Parking was easy to find and safe."

"We did not go to the bar or order room service. We did go to the pool and the pool attendant was so nice and did her duty keeping children safe when parents where not watching their kids. We also went to Rosie's Cafe and the staff were great and attentive. "

"I was very disappointed that i had to wait over an hour and 35 minutes to get the room cleaned that i reserved then the next moring a house keeper just walked in our room while i was standing th ere naked after i had a late check in even though the walked in at10:30 am"
