"Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. "The room was described accurately and was perfect. The resort was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. All staff were extremely polite and very attentive. This was the perfect Summer getaway. We would definitely book again; perhaps in winter to get that experience."

"We loved that it is so close to Temple Square, literally 1/2 block north. We also loved that we could leave our vehicle parked there for the day of our check out while we walked around Temple Square."

"Great location. However, If you are sensitive to nighttime light, choose a unit facing the mountains, not interior village. This was an issue because there weren’t black out curtains. Kitchen was large, great for families. Living room was spacious."

My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"The hotel has great location but desperately needs renovation. Everything was quite shabby, especially the bathroom. Heating could not adjusted (hot like a sauna when I arrived) so had to keep windows open in the middle of winter. The staff adjusted it a bit eventually. Overpriced. "

"The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable."
