"We arrived at 930pm. And they're restaurants all were closed. The one Purple Parrot that was supposed to be open 24/7 was closed for weekly maintenance! The hotel was beautiful, staff was "put upon" and seemed like we were a bother. We normally stay at the Nugget and will probably go back to The Nugget. Super disappointed! "

"I went looking for the ice machine could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice"

"Literally the best Reaidence Inn i’ve ever stayed at. The staff accommodated us asking for a room on the top floor. The room was spotless and smelled super clean. the bed was super comfortable and was huge and the TV swirled which is amazing. The bathroom was huge and awesome. The breakfast was good. I’d recommend that they get togo containers so you can more easily bring it up to your room. The breakfast area is small and was very crowded waiting for the one waffle maker but the staff was so so...

"Felt like we were the only ones there. Themed rooms, our room was the Victorian style. Big bath and huge shower, the room was a great size. Our bed was a sleep number bed which was great for two people. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast, good variety, the only thing hot was hot water. Safe location, it was maybe 10 mins from Walmart and even closer to a grocery store. "

"Honestly rooms at the nugget are the best bang for the back! The restaurants are fantastic especially the oyster shooter bar, they're hot tub and swimming pool are better than the Atlantis casinos hot tubs swimming pool, and the nugget is in a better spot downtown but it's closer to other fun things to do. Not to mention they seem to be booking the greatest shows in Reno lately! The only downside is that the nugget Casino floor is still pretty smoky and dingy like an old school '80s casino. But...

The rooms have been updated and are quaint. Could use a few more power outlets. The casino area is somewhat dated. "
