"Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a nightmare, maybe because I booked with Expedia/AfterPay. There is no front desk. I sat for an hour while Kasa Customer Service was unhelpful via text, email, and call - their form would not work on multiple browsers via phone and laptop.
