"From the time we checked in to the hotel, it was a nice experience. Although we were not able to use the pool because it was still a cold weather, we would definitely recommend this hotel to other friends when staying in Reno. The only set back we had was the phone in the room was not working and the remote of the tv needs to be updated too."

"In general the stay was okay as other Best Westerns stayed at I’ve rated better. The air conditioner in the room was noisy as was some night light that made a flittering sound all night long. There was also a huge air space to the outside that made the room lighter and noisier at night. The staff was great and the room was clean."

"I really enjoyed Hotel Nevada! Right from the start the women at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. I also received two free drink tickets for being a guest. I had the Kennecott Suite which was very nice and recently remodelled. The suite even had a full-size refrigerator and freezer which I really appreciated.
