"All was good, except, long check in line and long wait to get luggage from storage. They seemed under staffed."

"Rooms were clean. Service was respectable and the casino is amazing with a of the things to do. Not to mention the front desk staff was helpful since we needed so many rooms and wanted them all on the same floor for the kids to have conjoined rooms. Thank you GSR. "

"Look it it what it is. While it may not be the fanciest Hotel in town they are clean, efficient and comfortable at a fair price. Staff is always pleasant. The rooms are large. The bars are plenty! "

"We stayed with family (extended) and we had a grouping of three executive suites. All of our rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. There were robes for all adults. I loved the robe so much I purchased one from the gift shop to take home! The staff is extremely well trained in hospitality (something that seems to be a forgotten art these days). We were here during the holiday season and the grounds were absolutely GORGEOUS. Just a lovely stay. The only thing I am sad about is not being able to make a reservation for the afternoon tea during our stay. I do wish hotel guests would receive an option to book as they reserve rooms but other than that, a wonderful stay. Next time we are in SLC, we will be at the Grand America. Five Stars all around. "
