"One night stay with wife and daughter. Our booked 3 person room was not available so were given two adjoining double rooms instead. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Special shout out to the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again."

"The receptionist was lovely, we booked two rooms both had brand new bathrooms and the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel location is easily walkable to the US embassy and Battersea is not much further which is a lovely area. Great value for money, very convenient, we would definitely stay here again "

"From the pictures on the site, it indicated that toileries would be provided. But there was none to be seen. Initially had problems getting into my room, because the no. received was incorrect. Contacted the Office and this was corrected immediately. The no.19a bus goes to the 'Shirley' area, just ask the driver to put you off at the Howard Road bus stop. "The check-in process was great, there was a person at reception when we arrived. The room was clean and working apart from the window was broken and took a bit of effort to shut properly. "The space was unuque and beautiful. Definite old world charm. The staff was helpful with suggestions, and friendly. The common spaces were very nice. I would say the room is good for sleeping, but just be aware they are very tiny rooms. It was exactly what we needed, but if I wanted to stay at a place where I'd be in my room a lot I would probably choose something else. But since my room was just for sleeping I would stay here again because I liked all the other spaces. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
