"Great view from room, friendly helpful staff, air con was great. Bed comfortable. Room was good. No major complaints. If I wanted to be picky fridge in room not very cold and not enough coffee and sugar in the room. Apart from that I definitely recommend and I will return again."

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. "Easy location to find. We had the two bedroom apartment and it was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast items provided and we had a lovely outlook onto a field with animals. Will stay again and recommend to our friends and family."

"The truest test of a review is would we stay there again? The answer to that is sadly a no. Nothing particularly wrong, just not really a good value all things considered in the end. The property is well positioned in the city for access to grocery, chain restaurants, coffee houses and the #8 bus. There is a busy street, particularly popular on weekends nearby. We wanted to sit on the (heavily advertised) balcony with a view of the bridge on Saturday evening, but were turned away at 9.30pm because they said they were closing? The room was basic but clean and everything worked. Lovely location and view, when you can actually get near it!"
