"Hotel was lovely -parking was great-secure and simple to park ..executive lounge was disappointing-after breakfast only soda drinks until 530pm -we went out at 5pm so couldn’t take advantage of snacks/alchohol …felt very basic and not very comfy place to sit "

"Great budget hotel in a good area, plenty of places to get some food around the local area, and the quay is a nice way to stretch your legs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I slept really well. I'd definitely go there again!"

"Spotlessly clean, fabulous hosts and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Reading past reviews I was shocked at mentions of the floors being cold. It's an 18th century cellar for goodness sake!!! Stone floors are part of the charm. It is cosy and warm at this time of year (and I imagine lovely and cool in the summer).I would definitely stay again for its location, its cleanliness and its hosts. Can't fault it except for the mattress, which is a bit "argos" and could do with a good mattress topper to add comfort. But don't let that put you off. It's an experience that will certainly but a smile on your face. "
