"The location is in a very busy area but it was convenient to the highway. Our room smelled musty and was on the same side of building backing up to the highway which was very loud. The breakfast was nice but the staff did not seem to keep up with refilling things and we had to ask even thought staff was standing nearby. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. "I spent $600 for a night at this hotel, because it has such awesome reviews, and it was a bit of a letdown. How can you charge that much per night, and not even have a fridge or microwave in the room??? The shower was a sad little basic shower, and the hose to one of the handles was broken, so it was spraying everywhere. "Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "Very clean room and clean around the hotel. There is a big grassy area that is immaculately kept, so if you are traveling with pets, this is great. Enough room for them to stretch their legs. Rooms are quite adequate and clean. It is very quiet and close to the interstate and other amenities. I regularly stay at budget motels/hotels with dogs and this place is definitely on the nicer end of what you'll get in this price range! Staff were some of the nicest too."

"This was an amazing property which was meticulously maintained by the staff. Excellent value for the money. Enjoyed staying there for five nights. Staff was very helpful and personal able. Food was delicious especially the Boston cream pie. The accommodations were comfortable and tidy."
