"Most remarkable point was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly at reception and others did acknowledge guests. The smaller restaurant served tasty food. Only downside was that the bathroom was a bit 'bijou'."

"Super friendly staff - made us feel really welcome and well looked after. Our room was very spacious (especially the bed!), and really clean. Amenities were good, tho air con was a bit loud. It was a really enjoyable stay and we’ll be back soon!"

"Had a 3 night stay, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the hot water tap for drinks I think is dangerous, and the instructions on how to use it are inadequate. I had to find someone to help. One of the lifts is out of order, and from we were told has been for a while. Other than that, no problems. This is a great hotel, perfect for being close to the center of the city and the train station is an easy short walk too. If we come back to Oxford, we would stay here again."

"Very convenient and reasonably priced hotel for a visit to Oxford, close to the main tourist attractions and shops, but quiet and nice rooms, with a comfy mattress. The staff were lovely too! "
