"It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!"

"My first impressions were very positive as the hotel is in a great location in Maidenhead and only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and eateries both chain and independent. The parking area is quite extensive allowing more than enough room for hotel and restaurant guests. "Parking handy - Staff very good and efficient, especially Paul very friendly, and appeared to be doing everything and with a smile. Fab river view, nice bath and actually had aircon. Only gripe the safe didn't work."

"We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i"
