"We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms (a couple and a solo traveler) and while the location is the hotel's strongest point. It is a historic building in the Loop, walkable to Millennium Park and easy transit access. A few things could be improved. Our check-in experience was a bit awkward as the host assigned the smallest room to the couple rather than the solo traveler, which felt like an oversight. "Beautiful old hotel in great area of Chicago. Steps to great restaurants, and shopping! I had a lower floor room and my only comment was related to noise from the plumbing or A/C system that did keep me up part of the night. The staff was great!"
