They need more training on hospitality. So we took whatever was left mind you for three people was nothing and to be honest those eggs were horrible. The breakfast needs to be better."

"It was inconvenient to bring luggage to the second floor without elevator. The lodge rooms were in a separate building with an access key needed every time entering the main door. We have been charged very high rates for the least amount of amenities. On top of it they charged extra for the water bottles. The lodge location was 40 min away from my destination the letchworth state park."

The coffee bar was not stocked on one occasion. When we asked for an item, it was tossed on the counter to us. The attendant didn't even restock the counter, just got us 2 packets.
