"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good....

"The hotel is centrally located. It has all the amenities and class that you would expect from a Sheraton property. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is excellent! And you can’t beat the location! "

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."

It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. "There was a real feeling that the staff are trying to make the hotel better for guest, it just didn’t quite hit the mark. The room we had was quite spacious for a family of 4 however the furniture placement in the room felt odd; for example the window seat was pushed up against the bed rather than where you’d expect it at the window. "A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting.
