"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."

"The breakfast was amazing. On Thursday thru Sunday there’s a kind gentleman who makes hot breakfast and if asked nicely will do eggs made to order on the skillet. Usual continental items are also available. We enjoyed the pool and upper deck for a nice place to eat take out and converse. Shout out to Cynthia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us wash our clothes when they were out of washing detergent. The company who they contract with hadn’t refilled it. She went out to her...

"Starting off with the staff was really lovely. My child and I were given a room next to the hotel HVAC system, a giant unit which was right outside our balcony, it was so loud neither one of us got much sleep. The next morning we were surprised that the breakfast offerings were not that great either, no pancakes, waffles or bacon. We decided to cut our trip at this hotel short and find another option in the area."
