"You most keep your room key to exit the property on check out otherwise the gates can not open. Not good ."

"First hotel that is in the interior and not in a tourist location charges for Parking equivalent of Airport for its guests. Even some hotels revert the parking fee for its Guests or provide an equivalent coupon. Additionally the parking was neither covered nor well maintained."

"When I checked in to my room, I noticed that the beds were dirty, sheets were dirty, and pillows were dirty as well as the sheets were never changed. The bathroom was so dirty as well. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"Massive groups of traveling sports teams for kids 10 and up - was massively loud throughout the common areas, pool area, hallways etc. Couldn’t use one elevator as it was not working the other elevator had people stuck in it. Stairs could only be accessed from Outside the buildings. Couldn’t use pool as it was overflowing with people and kids. Kids running up and down hallways all night. Staff did nothing about anything. Was extremely disappointed and upset and staff did not care. "
