Never stay again

Room looks nothing like the picture posted. Room was extremely HOT, air conditioner not on, temp. outside was 102 and was every bit of that in the room. Had to leave for several hours until the room cooled off. They only provided 1 washcloth (for 2 people) and no bath mat every day we stayed, had to ask everyday for 1 more. Said they had a towel shortage, guess they wanted us to share. Had to ask for juice and eggs to be replenished for their complimentary breakfast. They don't provide cream cheese for their bagels, at all.

Run down

Rooms were old and run down. Could hear people in room next door till late at night. In morning there was no towels in room. I went to front desk and asked and at first said I would have to wait 1-1/2 hours for housekeeping to come in. Then said to come back in 20 min and they found some towels for me.

The pictures look better than the hotel

I had issues with my TV that took over an hour to fix, I made multiple attempts to call the front desk and was askedTo be moved rooms and when I did get a hold of them they said all rooms were taken, I accepted that. Than our neighbors were up till 3:50 in the morning partying .. you can hear the front desk constantly calling to have them lower the volume, as I was brushing my teeth, some weird bug came out the sink, there was a bunch of chaos ..

Avoid. Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.

Avoid. First, I was over charged for our room and still haven't been refunded. Beds were small and squeaky. Toilet seat was broken. Needed more towels and were told they didn't have any. What kind of hotel doesn't have towels?!?! Continental breakfast was terrible. Eggs were nasty and they kept running out of food and not refilling it.

BYOT - Bring your own towel

Check in went fine. Facility is in need of maintenance one stairway was out of order held together with a board and wire. If you need towels bring your own, heed the review of others towels are in short supply I was told "we are not a full service hotel". Room smelled like it was a former smoking room and bed cover had stains. Police activity in front of hotel on first night. If you want a full service hotel stay else where.

My overall experience 2 day business stay was ok. Don't expect any frills. The pool and jacuzzi have slim growing in it. But the room was reasonably clean.

Staff gets an E for effort, but... just don't.

My room wasn't clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor, in the tub, and on the sink's counter. There was ONE towel in the room. (No washcloths, bath mats, hand towels.) I called and asked for towels and someone showed up holding some (in the same hand as - and touching - her half-eaten apple). They were wet. Still no washcloths. Walls are PAPER THIN. I heard every word of the conversation next door. Every time someone upstairs closed a door, a loud BOOM shook the building. Got home to find an unknown charge on my credit card. Called to ask what it was for and they said it was for "extra taxes" ... even though ALL taxes and fees were pre-paid via Expedia. Horrible stay. I booked this hotel due to the location and to save a few bucks. I knew I'd made a mistake the moment I drove up and saw people yelling at each other between the 1st and the 3rd floor, a man in a huge, souped-up truck blocking the parking lot and repeatedly revving his extremely loud engine (this went on for about 10 minutes, by the way ... and happened again nearly every night of my stay), and about 20 feet from him there was a group of people partying in the parking lot: drinking, yelling, and smoking about 5 feet away from the rooms. The lobby was clean and lovely but smelled awful - like the whole place had been hosed down with REALLY strong men's cologne. Would never stay here again. Worth noting, though, that the STAFF was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. They deserve a much better place to work.

Poor managed hotel

This place was poorly managed.our room was very cold and we called the front desk for assistance but was ignored.and upon checking out the manager Sara came to check out our room for any damage and we were told that we would be charged$20.00 for a dirty towel.i would never come here again.
