"Was trying to reach the hotel directly to confirm an early check in and could not find a direct line to talk to someone in person. It was very frustrating. We stay at this hotel every time we come to the Albany area and visit our daughter. "

"Check-in was a bit rough - room wasn't ready and the man doing check-in was in training and didn't speak English very well. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The property was well kept, very clean and I felt safe in the parking lot. (Traveling alone). The continental breakfast was mid. Juices, coffee, bagels, yogurt and cereal. No fresh fruit other than oranges. Eggs were hideous frozen things that were re-heated. On the plus size, you could make yourself fresh pancakes and waffles. The breakfast attendant did a great job with what was provided."
