"breakfast was the same daily. Parking was a bit confusing"

"The stay was okay. My husband and I had an event to attend to, so we were only there one night. The room was clean, but there was possibly a sewage issue in the bathroom, due to the smell from the shower drain. It smelled like sewer. We were only there for one night and didn’t have time to bring it to front desk attention due to the time we got checked in and the time we had to leave out for the event. They have valet parking, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to bring your car around. The continental breakfast was nice. Our table was dirty from the last group that sat there. We asked one of the workers if they could wipe it down, and you can tell they were not thrilled to do it. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I wouldn’t mind staying again. I’m pretty sure if we had time to go back to the front desk and mentioned the smell, they would’ve accommodated us. We didn’t get back from the event until a little after midnight, and all I wanted to do was get cleaned up to rest. "

"King Room was nice. Clean and orderly. The restaurant has a lot to be desired. Tried it for dinner after a long day. Not many options on the menu. Ordered a burger and was told the grill was not working so no burgers. Ordered a cheesesteak, guess that wasnt grilled, we're in Philly right? What could go wrong? It was as hard as a brick and totally inedible! Additionally from the fancy drink menu I wanted to order a mixed drink and was promptly told there was only beer and wine that night. We ended up ordering door dash to our room. Couldnt tell you how breakfast was. We walked around the corner and found a nice cafe with excellent breakfast sandwiches. "

"The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. There was a tub and a separate shower. The porter who brought up our bags was so helpful! He got us a refrigerator when he saw we had a cooler. We did not even have to ask. Staff is super friendly. Dinner there was tasty as well as the breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel!"
