"This was one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at, the staff was always polite and helpful the property was very well cleaned and maintained. Only thing I did not like was the swim up bar was only open on the weekend, the jacuzzi for some was closed kinda sucked bcuz with the days getting shorter the pool will get cold and the jacuzzi is a good alternative….The food at all locations was delicious I thought it was slightly overpriced. One of the best things was the house keepers most ppl overlook how important that role is but they did an amazing job at keeping the room"

"Place was great. Room was cleaned daily and the staff was exceptional. I have to say that Sucre from Costa Azul restaurant was superb. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an awesome time at the restaurant. The whole staff was excellent but Sucre was exceptional. I would definitely comeback and stay at this resort. We found that the best time to be at the resort is Monday -Thursday. (less crowded and more peaceful)."
