"I had rang day before our arrival to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after 6pm but before 7pm. It showed on website office hours were until 9pm.
When I rang there was only an option to leave a message. No one returned my call. When we arrived at the property the reception was locked and in darkness. There were phone numbers on the door so I rang the number for the property and the manager answered, he seemed surprised no one was in reception to assist with check in but told me he would arrange something. After a 5-10 minute wait a girl came to give me the key for our room while on the phone to managed. After she got off the phone she told me she didn't even work there but showed us the direction to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable and close to main cbd. Also was reasonably priced. Have stayed here before and will again. They just need to improve the later check in process."
