Friendly staff. A little outdated. Noisy guests. Parking lot often full. Had to park in the employee parking lot that was a 1-2 minute walk to the hotel. Parking is a little over $30 per day. Overall our experience was okay but won’t be returning.

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
The stay was good however I had to depart early due to a deaf in my family abd was able to contact Ezpedia for a refund afwr several attempts.

Was given the option to upgrade to a suite and breakfast voucher. Excellent service at the front desk. Good staff at breakfast. Food was exceptional. Loved the Self-park option with room key in and out access. Would HIGHLY recommend this location. Also, decor in the lobby is nice with a small but ...

Omni Houston Hotel
We were only here for one night so we didn't experience the entirety of the hotel. However, loved the grounds, it was quiet in our room and everyone was very friendly.
