"We stayed here for 1 night before flying home to Chicago. The room was nice, clean, with great views. Breakfast was ok. The biggest issue for us was the airport shuttle. The instructions on where to find the shuttle at the airport could have been much clearer as we spent quite a bit of time asking airport staff where the pickup location was, and no one could provide a clear answer. A more detailed directions from the hotel would have made the arrival less stressful. My check in experience went smoothly. Unfortunately, my family did not have the same experience. The staff member who assisted them was rude and not very helpful or forthcoming with information which was disappointing. Overall, it was a nice and convenient hotel for an overnight stay before our flight. We made the most of it despite my family's experience. With clearer shuttle instructions and more consistent service at reception, it would have been a better experience."

"Overall excellent but 2 suggestions for improvement: I was charged $80 euros for the meals which were meant to be included ( I paid at check in for the meal plan) . And in the morning before check out another guest - a tall elderly lady with white hair- entered my room and when I asked her why - she left abruptly and I saw her walk down the hallway appearing to be confused. It was a little scary and awkward. Why are the room keys interchangeable?"
