"Not satisfied because they didn’t get the room as we reserved. Makes me feel I’m not important & embarrassing. They said it is Expedia mistake. That may be both side fault because this wasn’t the first time happened to me. We booked the room showing in Expedia website have big sofa and a dinner table with 2 chairs. But the hotel only gave us a small sofa chair that’s all😌 Wish Expedia would pay attention on this matter and take care of it asap to avoid this happen again. Otherwise they all will lost business from us. Thank you ! "

"We had to clean the heart shape tub in our room it was brown do we opt out of that the staff is great entertainment yes loved it . But really need to do better cleaning the rooms my last day before leaving I spotted bed bug so bring your Lysol"

"This was such a peaceful stay. We took our dog with us ($75 by the way. We didn’t know it was an extra charge) and she was so happy with nature, us being city people. The hiking trail was great. I loved that there was no television, but my husband didn’t! There is wifi though. Next time we will get a stand alone cabin for more privacy. But our room was fantastic: fridge, pots, pans, stove, etc. It was ready all you need to bring is food. Oh and ice, they sell ice, but i would have preferred ice trays for freezer and there were none. We also brought our kcup coffee maker. We will definitely return. The staff was very friendly as well."

"Everything was very nice and “as expected.” Two small things could be better; the shower head was not easily adjustable (why can’t there be handheld ones?). Also, there was no front desk person to give me a printed receipt at checkout. It was admittedly early, but I’m old school and like a printed receipt. "
