"Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday! "

"Must be a new property. It was difficult to find as my GPS did not like the address. The property was nice and clean. Would be helpful to have at least plastic cups in room. Liked the refrigerator and microwave though really didn’t use."

"I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!"

"Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also."

"I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. "Don’t let the pictures fool you. The pictures used to advertise this hotel are fake. The rooms are not how they are showed on the website. There is a $40 early check in fee. The employees at the front desk are not professionally dressed. You don’t know who hotel staff is. The housekeepers are actually dressed nicer. Parking was horrible! They have big metal storage equipment in the parking lot. Also, the lawn could use some care. The entire hotel can use some TLC and remodeling. Breakfast was...

"Nice cozy hotel, small details that are easy to fix, however they seem to think these sails are not important and can give a bad image of the hotel, No coins for customers to change their dollar bill for laundering, cold coffee at all times, all remote controls out of batteries ice machine works off and on."
