"The room was very spacious and comfortable but it needed some attention. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was reasonably clean. There was a ton of storage throughout the suite - multiple closets. The bathroom sink did not drain at all so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall so the curtain did not hang correctly and the shower remained half open while using it. There was paint spatter here and there that was not...

"Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"

"We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area."

"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The king bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and quite delicious. Again, service was fast, friendly and courteous. We quite enjoyed our stay and would recommend it other travelers."

"The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades."
